Zippa provides reliable, fast, and secure last-mile delivery services. This policy explains how deliveries are handled, including timing, fees, and responsibilities.
1. Delivery Coverage
Zippa currently delivers within selected areas and townships.
- To check if your area is supported, enter your address in the Zippa app or website.
- Orders placed outside our delivery zones may be cancelled or delayed.
2. Delivery Times
- Deliveries are made 7 days a week during operating hours:

- Longer delivery times may apply during peak hours, bad weather, or high demand.
3. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and may vary by vendor or region.
- The final delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
- Some vendors may offer free delivery above a minimum spend.

4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Customers must be available to receive the order and answer their phone during delivery.
- If a driver is unable to deliver due to wrong address or no response, the order may be returned or cancelled. No refund will be given in such cases.

5. Missed or Failed Deliveries
A delivery is marked as failed if:
- The customer is unreachable at the time of delivery.
- The address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The customer refuses the order without valid reason.
Zippa may charge a fee or deny a refund in these cases.
6. Multiple Deliveries / Bulk Orders
For large or bulk orders:
- Additional time may be required.
- Some orders may be split across multiple deliveries.
- Advance notice or coordination may be needed.

7. Driver Conduct
Zippa drivers are trained to:
- Handle orders with care
- Be professional and respectful
- Confirm delivery status in-app
- Never request tips or personal information
If you experience misconduct or poor service, report it immediately through the app or support contact below.
8. Vendor Packaging
All vendors are responsible for:
- Packing orders securely to prevent spillage or damage.
- Ensuring the correct items and quantities are included before handing to the driver.
