📄 Zippa Terms & Conditions

By using Zippa’s platform — as a Customer, Driver, or Vendor — you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. General Use
- Zippa provides a delivery platform that connects vendors, customers, and delivery riders.
- All users must register with accurate, up-to-date information.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our policies or terms.

2. Customer Terms
Orders
- Orders placed through Zippa are binding. Once confirmed, they cannot be changed without vendor approval.
- You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and being available to receive your order.
Payments
- You agree to pay the full amount shown, including any delivery fees and applicable taxes.
- Offline payments (e.g. EFT) must be made immediately with your order number and contact as reference. Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation (e.g. vendor error, missing items).
- Cancellation after dispatch may lead to a cancellation fee or no refund.

3. Driver Terms
Responsibilities
- You must follow all traffic laws and deliver orders safely and professionally.
- You agree to keep order details confidential and not contact customers outside of delivery purposes.
- Drivers must update delivery status via the Zippa Driver App in real time.
Payments
- Payouts are based on completed deliveries. All earnings are subject to Zippa’s payout schedule and fees (if any).
Suspension
- Zippa may suspend or remove drivers for misconduct, repeated delays, or failure to meet platform standards.

4. Vendor Terms
Orders & Fulfillment
- Vendors agree to accept, prepare, and hand over orders promptly within agreed timeframes.
- Menu or product availability must be kept up to date to avoid failed orders.
- All packaging must meet basic hygiene and safety standards.
Payments
- Vendors will be paid based on completed, verified orders. Zippa may deduct commission or service fees as agreed.
Compliance
- Vendors must provide valid registration documents, banking details, and ID when required.

5. Account Suspension or Termination
Zippa may suspend or permanently terminate any account (Customer, Driver, or Vendor) for:
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Abusive behavior
- Repeated policy violations
- Unsafe or illegal conduct

6. Platform Changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform (including features, prices, or services) at any time, with or without notice.
7. Liability
- Zippa is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or vendor preparation issues.
- Zippa is not liable for loss or damage due to incorrect customer addresses or unauthorized account use.

8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes must first be reported to our support team.
- If not resolved, disputes may be escalated to an independent mediator or small claims court, depending on the issue.
